Fair questions
What do I need to send?
Pick your document in the order form and it lists exactly what to send for it. It doesn't need to be tidy, and if something is missing we'll ask before we start.
Do you write the content or set the price?
We write the wording, never the numbers. We turn your notes and facts into clear copy, but we don't set a price, value anything or add facts you didn't give us. We do flag anything that looks inconsistent, like a total that changes from one page to the next.
Will my client know you made it?
No. Your document carries your name, your logo and your colors. Ours don't appear anywhere on it.
What does it cost?
Every document has a fixed price. You'll see it next to each one under What we make, and again in the order form. One round of changes is included, and extra rounds are $35 each. Anything unusual gets a fixed price by email before we start.
How fast can you turn it around?
Put your deadline in the order form. If we can't meet it, we'll tell you before we start and refund you in full.
What file do I get back?
A PDF that's ready to send. If you want to edit it yourself later, choose PowerPoint, Word or Excel in the order form. We don't build in Canva or InDesign. Listing kits also come with image files for social posts and text to paste into your email tool.
Is a lease abstract legal advice?
No. It's a plain summary of what your lease says, with the page number beside each item so you can check it against the lease. It doesn't interpret the lease or tell you what to do. For that, ask a lawyer.
Do you build websites?
Yes, one-page websites for small businesses: what you do, your services, photos, hours and a contact form. You get a folder that's ready to host, with a setup guide, or we put it live for you for $150. We don't build online stores, booking systems or sites with logins.
Do you write NDAs or letters of intent?
No. We lay out your terms and your own legal wording so they look professional. We don't write contract language or negotiate terms.
Can I order a recruiting profile for my son or daughter?
Yes. If the athlete is under 18, a parent or guardian needs to place the order. We build the profile from the results and details you send. We don't contact coaches, advise on eligibility or promise an offer, and we never post or share anything about your athlete.
Do you price my bid?
No. You give us the scope and your prices, and we turn them into a clean, branded bid. It's a bid, not a contract, so use your own contract when the customer says yes.
Do you send my newsletter or emails for me?
No. You get the PDF and the text, ready to paste into whatever you already send email with. For a monthly newsletter, you send that month's listings and notes and we build the issue.
I don't have a logo or brand colors. Is that a problem?
No. We don't design logos, but we'll choose a clean, professional look for your document and keep it consistent throughout.
Can you match my brand font?
Yes, if it's a free font or you can send us the font file. If not, we use the closest free match and tell you which one.
What files can I send?
PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CSV files, plus JPG, PNG and SVG images. We can't open audio, video, Canva links or design files such as InDesign and Photoshop, so export those to PDF first.
Do you supply photos or maps?
No. We use the photos, maps and floor plans you send, so send the largest versions you have. We crop and place them. We don't retouch them.
Can I print it?
Yes. Documents are built on Letter-size pages and print well on an office printer or at a copy shop. We don't set up files for commercial presses, folded brochures or mailers, and we don't print or mail anything.
What happens to the files I send?
We use them to build your document and nothing else. We never post or share a client's work without written permission.
